• Prices listed on the Pricing page are for customers who pre-pay for services or who have Visa, MasterCard or check draft information on file.
• All prices listed are before applicable sales tax.
• Billing is on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month of service to be provided for that month. (Obviously the first month’s billing may vary due to the day and week of the month you initially begin service) Each monthly billing cycle invoice includes mowing services from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Please note that on weekly & bi-weekly services that some months will either have 3 or 5 services within a monthly service billing cycle.
• Payment will always be due by the 15th of the month.  There is a $10.00 late fee added to invoices for payments received after the 22nd of each month. Service will be suspended on the 25th of the month if payment has not been received.
• You may set us up on your online Bill Pay system. A Visa, MasterCard or checking account information on file is still required for us to begin service as a back up to assure prompt payment timelines.
• We reserve the right to draft your account or charge your card on file plus a $10.00 late fee if you have not communicated with us regarding your late payment.
• For less than 4 services customers we require immediate payment upon completion of work. You may set up payment by Visa, MasterCard or check draft information.

Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment on-line:

• Pay-By-Check
• Pay using Visa or Mastercard
• Pay using PayPal
• When you pay on-line through PayPal, a convenience fee of 3% of the amount due plus $0.31 per transaction will be added to your payment.

Note: Please note that prices are based on stabilized gasoline prices at the time we set prices and service is accepted. Due to surging and fluctuating gasoline prices inflationary levels, we reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge (in advance) to our services.
